Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Office Building – Watford / Cambridge – up to £42,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card 

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based three days a week in Watford and two days in Cambridge.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance. 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 16:30 pm

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water flushing / temp checks logs
• Boosted water pumps
• Fire damper maintenance
• Attending Client meeting
• General PPMs
• Control of sub-contractors
• Permit to work system
• Maintaining Site logbooks

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
