We’re searching for a Maintenance Plumber to join a high-performing team within a landmark commercial office space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Repairing Toilets and Sinks 
  • Unblocking Toilets 
  • Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
  • Pipework inspections and repairs
  • Minor installation works 
  • Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
  • Flexible in helping other trades on site 
  • Planned and reactive works
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • General building fabric
  • Escort specialist subcontractors 


Your Work Pattern:

  • Shifts: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 - 19:00

What We’re Looking For: Plumbing / Mechanically (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of commercial building services
