As a Junior Property Manager, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues to manage high-quality portfolios across the capital.

From overseeing maintenance and inspections to liaising with contractors and handling tenant queries, this is a varied role that gives you exposure to every area of property management.

Working five days a week including Saturdays, you’ll quickly gain the skills and confidence to progress into a full Property Manager role.
 
Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of property portfolios across London
  • Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
  • Carrying out property inspections and preparing landlord reports
  • Supporting with rent collection, deposits and tenancy renewals
  • Handling tenant queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Organising check-ins and check-outs, including inventory management
  • Supporting senior colleagues with landlord updates and investment advice
  • Assisting lettings negotiations and tenant referencing where needed
 
Here are the skills you’ll need:
  • Previous experience in lettings, property management or administration within a client-focused role
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant legislation and compliance, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with initiative to find practical solutions
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Flexibility to work five days a week including Saturdays
  • A clean driving licence and willingness to travel across London
