About the Role CBW Recruitment is working with a leading maintenance and construction company to recruit a Fire Door Surveyor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience and qualifications to join a team working on a variety of projects, from complex new builds and listed buildings to large commercial developments.

You’ll be responsible for surveying fire doors across multiple contracts in North and East London, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and reporting findings accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed fire door surveys in line with industry standards
  
  
• Record and report on the condition and compliance of fire doors
  
  
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and the compliance team as required
  
  
• Ensure surveys are completed efficiently and on schedule
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
  
  

• Proven experience as a Fire Door Surveyor
  
  
• Relevant fire door inspection qualifications
  
  
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  
  
• Full UK driving licence (van provided)
  
  

• £35,000–£40,000 per annum + company van & fuel card
  
  
• Monday to Friday hours
