CBW Staffing Solutions are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected fire safety consultancy based in Yeovil, who are looking to appoint a Project Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience within the construction or M&E sector, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting projects from start to finish.

The Role:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team

  • Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and reporting

  • Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Maintain accurate records and manage project-related correspondence

  • Support the coordination of multiple projects simultaneously

About You:
  • Previous experience as a Project Administrator (or similar role) within construction/M&E

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with project systems/software
