Front of House Assistant

Front of House Assistant - FM Service Provider - Emsworth, Thorney Island - up to £13 per hour

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House Assistant to work for an established Facilities company on a unique site based in Emsworth, Thorney Island.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in hospitality and can start immediately.

Hours/details:

• Saturday & Sunday 
• 10:00am to 19:30pm
• Ongoing contract
• Immediate start

• Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products
• Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services including hot deli and live action in line with brand standards
• Take payment and keep financial records as required
• Ensuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular HACCP regulations
• Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
• Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/vending machines preparation and public areas
• Pot Washing
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages
• Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
• Cleaning service and seating areas

• Have a proven track record in Catering
• To work to a timescale as agreed with you and your Supervisor/Manager
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
• To always act in a professional manner
• Be honest, reliable, and hard working
• Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Safety boots required
