We have a fantastic opportunity to work directly with an independent chef/patron—an incredibly talented mentor with a passion for culinary excellence.

Alongside a phenomenal Head Chef, they bring over a decade of experience from Michelin-level kitchens to a bold Latin-Mediterranean concept in central London.

The restaurant blends glamour, originality, and precision.

Every fixture and furnishing has been hand-selected to create a truly bespoke dining experience across the restaurant, bar, and private dining room.

Chef de Partie Benefits


  • £17 per hour – 40 to 45 hours per week

  • A passionate, reliable, and competent Chef de Partie eager to grow within a refined, food-driven kitchen
  • Solid foundation and training from reputable kitchens, ideally with experience in luxury or fine dining
  • Curiosity and drive to explore bold flavours and modern techniques using premium ingredients
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance team
