Caretaker

Caretaker – Sunderland – FM Service Provider - £120 per day

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and dedicated Caretaker to join a friendly primary school in Sunderland on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff.

Details / Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00am to 11:00am and then 15:00pm to 18:00pm
• Ongoing contract
• Start date - 6th of October

• Completing basic cleaning duties
• Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
• Book outside contractors for major repair work
• Make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly
• Check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use
• Open buildings in the morning and lock them at the end of the day

• To work to a timescale as agreed with you and your Supervisor/Manager
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
• To always act in a professional manner
• Be honest, reliable, and hard working
• Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• DBS certificate needed
