The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and connected Senior Contracts Manager to join our team.

This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in fire stopping, excellent industry networks, and proven experience managing complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee, and deliver multiple passive fire projects to the highest standards.
  
  
• Manage client relationships, ensuring strong engagement and successful negotiations.
  
  
• Supervise and support operational teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  
  
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance.
  
  
• Provide strategic input to support business growth and client expansion.
  
  
• Travel regularly to client sites across the region.
  
  

• Proven background in fire stopping, with Level 2 Passive Fire qualification.
  
  
• Strong industry connections and network within passive fire protection.
  
  
• Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Management role.
  
  
• Demonstrated supervisory/managerial experience with the ability to lead teams.
  
  
• Experience working with blue chip, social housing, local authority, or public sector clients.
  
  
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
  
  
• Clean UK driver’s licence and commutable distance from Hertford.
