What You'll Be Doing
Transform brand visibility into measurable sales performance by managing our flagship air freshener client's Amazon store promotions through strategic social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and targeted newsletter content.
You'll track every campaign's success using unique referral links and performance analytics, proving ROI at every turn whilst supporting website optimisation and digital marketing initiatives.
Account & Client Management:
- Lead day-to-day management of client social media accounts and in-house brand accounts across multiple platforms
- Manage recently launched Amazon store promotions using integrated social media, influencer outreach, and newsletter campaigns with trackable performance metrics
- Attend regular client meetings and crucial half-yearly reporting and strategy sessions in London
- Collaborate with clients to align on content goals, campaign direction, and performance improvements
- Produce high-quality visual content including graphics, photography, short-form video, and Reels for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms
- Develop content from concept through to production and editing for maximum engagement
- Write engaging and brand-appropriate copy for social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Assist with creative tasks including asset creation, image resizing, and graphics for web and social platforms
- Develop quarterly and half-yearly content strategies tailored to specific client goals, audiences, and platform trends
- Generate creative ideas, themes, and visual directions for campaigns and social calendars
- Support wider agency campaign activity including competitions and offers with national media partners by driving targeted traffic
- Track campaign performance using unique referral links and conversion analytics
- Maintain and update the agency website including changing visuals, design layouts, and updating content for optimal performance
- Troubleshoot backend issues and serve as main point of contact for external web and technical support
- Implement basic SEO principles during content updates to improve search performance and visibility
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, social media trends, viral content, and algorithm updates to inform strategy
- Monitor platform insights and performance across all digital channels including social media and website traffic
- Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reports for both client and in-house accounts with actionable insights
- Identify key takeaways and opportunities for improvement across all digital marketing channels
- Track ROI and conversion metrics to demonstrate campaign effectiveness
- Manage and maintain content calendars using SocialPilot for consistent cross-platform publishing
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms accurately and consistently
- Update and manage Linktrees with current and campaign-specific promotional links
- Manage the agency's LinkedIn profile to promote work, attract B2B opportunities, and showcase results
- Research, approach, and onboard new brand collaborations for social campaigns and competitions
- Source and coordinate influencer partnerships with measurable outcomes and clear ROI tracking
- Support cross-departmental initiatives and cover other departments as required
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing roles
- Proven ability to create engaging visual content across multiple social platforms including video editing
- Strong copywriting skills with experience in email marketing and conversion-focused social content
- Experience with analytics platforms, performance tracking, and ROI measurement across digital channels
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website management including content updates and optimisation
- Proficiency with content scheduling tools (SocialPilot experience highly advantageous)
- Website management experience with basic troubleshooting and content management skills
- Creative thinking combined with analytical mindset and strong commercial awareness
