Your Role
As an Experienced Paraplanner, you'll be the technical backbone supporting complex financial planning strategies, working in partnership with experienced advisers to deliver sophisticated solutions for discerning clients.

Key Accountabilities:
- Analyse complex client situations to identify strategic financial planning opportunities and solutions
- Craft comprehensive suitability reports with detailed recommendations for adviser endorsement
- Execute sophisticated fund research and performance analysis using advanced analytical tools including FE Analytics
- Curate and maintain extensive due diligence libraries covering investment options, platforms, and provider capabilities
- Develop detailed performance reporting and comparative analysis for strategic decision-making
- Uphold stringent compliance standards ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks
- Proven 2+ years' experience in paraplanning within a reputable independent financial advisory firm
- Extensive exposure to comprehensive product ranges and advanced planning techniques
- DipPFS qualification or equivalent Level 4 professional certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with client-facing capability
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills for effective team integration
- Comprehensive familiarity with industry-standard IFA platforms, systems, and operational procedures
- Meticulous attention to detail with unwavering commitment to service excellence
- Demonstrated professional qualities including flexibility, motivation, dependability, and ethical conduct
