Due to ongoing expansion, they’re now looking to welcome a hands-on Production Operative to their friendly and dedicated team.

You’ll be trained across all areas of production, from manufacturing to installation and ongoing maintenance of fire-rated doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacture, installation, and maintenance of passive fire protection doors
  
  
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  
  
• Work from technical drawings and production specifications
  
  
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the process
  
  
• Support daily workshop operations, including materials handling and assembly
  
  
• Work alongside senior team members to meet production targets and deadlines
  
  
• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed
  
  

• Comfortable using hand tools (e.g., drills, saws, screwdrivers); carpentry experience is a plus
  
  
• Eager to learn and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks
  
  
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and strong attention to detail
  
  
• Able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
  
  
• Physically fit and confident in a hands-on role
