? Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

? Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance (electrical bias)
  
  
• Maintain and optimise building performance using smart BMS systems
  
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and sustainability standards
  
  
• Coordinate with contractors and manage small projects or upgrades
  
  
• Maintain records, logs, and reports of all maintenance activity
  
  

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (essential)
  
  
• Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance role
  
  
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and general building services
  
  
• Experience with BMS systems, energy-efficient technologies, or smart systems is highly desirable
  
  
• A proactive, responsible, and hands-on individual able to work autonomously
