School Cleaner – Sunderland – Primary School (Temporary)
Part-Time: 15–20 hours per week – £13 PAYE per hour

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and dedicated Cleaner to join a friendly primary school in Sunderland on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff.

Package:

• £13 PAYE per hour
• 15–20 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Core hours: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
• Temporary ongoing role
• Deep cleaning work expected during the August holiday period
• Weekly pay
• Supportive and welcoming team environment

• Cleaning classrooms, toilets, corridors, and shared areas to a high standard
• Restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed
• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly
• Carrying out deep cleans during school holidays, especially in August
• Following health and safety and infection control protocols
• Reporting any maintenance or hygiene concerns to site management

• Previous cleaning experience (ideally within a school or similar environment)
• Good understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A proactive and trustworthy approach
• An enhanced DBS may be required for this role (can be arranged if needed)
