The Role – What You’ll Be Doing You’ll cover planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial retail sites in the CR and BR postcode areas.

• General electrical maintenance and fault finding
  
  
• Emergency lighting testing
  
  
• Control panels & ballast changes
  
  
• BMS monitoring (hot/cold water systems)
  
  
• Small installs & remedial works
  
  
• M&E & basic fabric maintenance
  
  
• Logging all work via tablet (provided)
  
  

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical or equivalent
  
  
• City & Guilds 18th Edition (Essential)
  
  
• Gold ECS Card (Nice to have!)
  
  
• Strong background in commercial maintenance
  
  
• Comfortable with mobile work and client interaction
  
  
• Great attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
  
  

• Up to £42,000 basic salary
  
  
• Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule
  
  
• 1-in-4 call-out rota (with standby allowance)
  
  
• Company van + fuel card
