Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a fresh challenge across a varied commercial portfolio?


CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM provider.

You'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across several commercial sites—spending 2.5 days in Forest Hill and 2.5 days covering London and the M25.

• Delivering high-quality PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance, including:
• BMS systems
• HVAC, AHUs, and FCUs
• Building fabric repairs
• Water treatment and general plumbing tasks
• Responding to helpdesk requests and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
• Working independently and collaboratively across multiple contracts

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 
  
  
• 18th Edition certified
  
  
• Multi-skilled with a solid understanding of facilities management
  
  
• Able to pass a DBS check
  
  
• Good organisational and administrative abilities
  
  
• Willingness to work overtime when required
