Exciting opportunity to work at a commercial campus situated by in Whitechapel.

CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a commercial campus.

The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is an ongoing permanent role and pays a yearly salary of £45,000 based on qualifications and experience, inclusive of shift allowance.

He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of M&E maintenance
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• Escort / organise sub contractors
• Attend client meetings if required
• Ensure site log books are kept up to date

• Monday to Friday
• Week 1: 07:00am - 16:00pm
• Week 2: 10:00am - 19:00pm
• On call rota

• Salary of £45,000 
• 30 days holiday + bank holidays 
• 14.5% employer pension contribution

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
