Mobile Maintenance Joiner – Full-Time, Permanent – £30,000–£32,000 per year

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced and proactive Mobile Maintenance Joiner to join a growing facilities management team.

This role involves working across various commercial sites, delivering high-quality joinery and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a wide range of joinery tasks including repairs, installations, and general carpentry work.
• Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple properties.
• Diagnose and resolve joinery-related issues effectively and efficiently.
• Accurately document completed works and materials used.
• Ensure all work complies with current health and safety standards.
• Travel between sites as required (a full UK driving licence is essential).

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery/Carpentry (or relevant qualification).
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of joinery tools, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
