Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Office Building – Tottenham Court Road, London  - up to £37,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Tottenham Court Road, London.

CBW is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to work at a commercial building on Tottenham Court Road, London.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades with a specific focus on painting & decorating.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £37,000, overtime and further training.

• Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing
  
  
• Escort sub-contractors
  
  
• To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
  
  

• Painting & Decorating qualification or background (Desirable)
  
  
• Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
  
  
• An understanding of most building fabric duties
  
  
• Good communication skills
  
  
• Health & Safety experience
  
  
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
  
  
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  
  
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
