Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Cover Engineer, Semi Static) - Wembley, North West London  - £40,000 - £42,000 + Van and Fuel Card

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading FM  companies in London who are working on a contract across North London.

You will mainly be based on a site in Wembley and you will cover six other sites across North London covering holiday and sickness.

The role is paying up to £42,000 with a van and fuel card.

• Basic Salary of £40,000 - £42,000

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• Landlord and Tenanted areas for large blue chip companies across the City & West End
• Working across a portfolio of 10 Buildings providing cover for holidays and sickness

• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent
• 17th Edition
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
• Experience in statutory compliance - Water treatment, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, Etc
