CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in a commercial building in Barbican, London.

 The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical and AC commercial building maintenance.





Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and Mechanical maintenance  duties
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Extensive building services knowledge

• up to £25p/h
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• Temporary ongoing role
• Immediate start

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
