About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Professional to support an adult female client with daily activities and rehabilitation.

You will assist with organisation, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving, helping her stay on track with her goals.
 
Driving is essential for this role.
 
Pay: £15 - £16 per hour


Shifts:

• Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Assisting with daily tasks, planning, and organisation
• Supporting communication (spoken & written)
• Helping create realistic schedules and reminders
• Aiding in decision-making and problem-solving
• Working with a multi-disciplinary team for rehabilitation

• Experience in complex care or rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic
• Ability to work independently & in a team
• Flexible to work the specified hours
