Complex Care Assistant (Waking Nights)Location: Clacton
Hourly Pay: £13.50 - £14.91
Shifts: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Monday – Sunday)
About the Role
We are looking for a Compassionate Care Assistant to support a young man with complex needs in his home.

He enjoys movies, blogging, and wrestling, and values friendly conversation during the night shift.

You’ll be part of an established care team, helping him maintain independence and comfort.
Your Responsibilities

• Provide personal and medical care, including:
  • PEG feeding
  • Oral & tracheal suctioning
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Oxygen therapy
• Support his daily routine in a way that promotes autonomy.
• Engage in light-hearted conversation and companionship.
