Cerebral Palsy Support Worker
Location: Merthyr Tydfil, Wales
Pay Rate: £14.70 - £16.80 per hour
Hours: 7 days a week with 12 or 24-hour shifts (including sleep-in nights)
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality care to individuals with cerebral palsy and complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Administering medication and monitoring health.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Keeping accurate care records and reporting changes.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families.

• Experience in complex care (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility with working hours.
