Complex Care Assistant – Nights

Hourly Pay: £14.70
Shifts: 21:00 – 07:00 (Monday – Sunday)
About the Role We are looking for a Complex Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs.

You will play a vital role in helping them live independently and comfortably.
Your Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily activities, including medical appointments and personal care.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist with specific medical tasks such as:
  • Autonomic Dysreflexia management
  • Bowel care
  • Catheter care
  • Cough assist
  • Nebuliser use
  • Medication administration
  • Moving & handling
  • Pressure area care
