CBW Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established FM service provider.

This role involves carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering sites in Edinburgh.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and commercial building services.

This position is ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar role who is seeking a stable, local opportunity with an attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs
  • Air Handling Units (AHUs) & Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • Chillers & other HVAC/refrigeration plant
  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance
  • Strong understanding of commercial building services
Package & Benefits: ? Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
? Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
? Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
? Company Electric Van (Private use permitted)

? Full Company Uniform

Requirements: ✔ City & Guilds Level 2 in Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
✔ F-Gas Certification (Essential)
✔ Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
✔ Multi-skilled with a strong understanding of FM services
✔ Excellent communication skills and a client-facing approach
