Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - London - Temporary - £27 per hour 

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established building services company in London.

This role is based in a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance alongside an experienced maintenance team.

Hours of Work:

• Monday - Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• 40 hours per week (excluding Saturdays)
• Temporary (Must be able to start immediately)

• Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance
• Emergency lighting testing
• Control panel maintenance
• Changing ballasts
• Monitoring the BMS system (hot & cold systems)
• General M&E/fabric maintenance
• Logbook updates and compliance reporting
• Basic plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets
• Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systems

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations
• 18th Edition qualification
• Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled with a proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
