Mobile Carpenter - FM Service Provider  - South West England  -  £35,000 - £40,000 - Van and Fuel Card 

 

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated on Central London.

CBW is currently recruiting a Carpenter to join their mobile team covering up to 8 sites across South West England area.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of carpentry and be experienced working on fire doors .

Working alongside the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out all aspects of carpentry on fire doors.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime and further training.

• Bristol
• Bath
• Exeter 
• Reading
• Stratford Upon - Avon 

• Up to £40,000 
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
• Overtime available
• Further training
• Van and Fuel Card 

• Fire door maintenance 
• Fire door remedials's 
• Carry out inspections of fire doors 
• Covering multiple sites across the south west  

• City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 / 3 Carpentry Qualified
• A trade qualification would be highly desirable (Not essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Good communication skills
