Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Static - Nightshift : Salary circa 60K

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company covering a static site for nightshift.

 CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on an established contract covering a large static site in Glasgow.  He or she will be required to carry out remedial work.

This position will also see you overseeing the remedial sub-contractor on site. 

Hours of work / Salary / Benefits 


Monday - Friday 
40 hours a week 
£38,000 plus enhanced nightshift rate at 1.5 for an extra 4 hours 
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
Requirements

Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
City & Guilds - 18th Edition
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
