Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias) – FM Service Provider - Healthcare Site  – Hammersmith – £40,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based on a healthcare site near in Hammersmith.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance.

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 17:00

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

• Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
