Mobile Engineer – FM Service Provider – Central London - up to £45,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across parts of London.

Our client has sites in Mayfair, Bond Street, Belgravia 

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial office contract based in London.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
• AHU's/FCU's – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
• Pumps – PPM's or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
• Motors – PPM's (re-winds, overhauls)
• Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
• Water pressurization units
• Chlorifiers – annual inspection, de-scaling
• Steam Plant
• Condensers, Condenser Returns
• Cooling towers
• Softeners
• Humidifiers
• Hydraulics
• Pneumatics
• Boilers – re-sets
• Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
• Plumbing (Unblocking toilets, changing taps etc)
• HIU's

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000
• Call out 1 in 4
• Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

• Full company uniform 

• mechanically  qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• mechanically qualified – City and Guilds  level 3 (Desirable)

• Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
