Electrical Engineer – FM Service Provider - Production Environment - Oxford - Up to £36,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Oxford has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to be based on a production contract in Oxford.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in electrical building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £36,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 7am to 4pm
• No callout

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

• Salary of up to £36,000
• Monday to Friday 07.00 – 16.00

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Essential)
• 18th Edition (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
