Position: Junior Toy Designer

Overview: We're seeking a creative Graduate Designer to join a renowned British toy company in Amersham.

This role combines artistic flair with product development expertise, perfect for someone passionate about creating meaningful play experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform concepts into market-ready toy designs
  • Develop compelling product presentations
  • Create technical drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in product testing and refinement
Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product design capabilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent sketching and visualisation skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities
Desirable Skills:

  • Basic 3D modeling experience
  • Knowledge of materials and production techniques
  • Understanding of safety standards in toy design
Working Pattern:

  • Hybrid working (4 days office, 1 day home)
  • Full-time position
  • Based in Amersham
