What We're Looking For:
- Expertise in Government Service Standards and Accessibility Guidelines
- Experience in Researching and Advocating for Diverse User Groups, including those with additional needs and other hard-to-reach populations
- Proven Ability to Work with Teams and Stakeholders to adopt user-centered practices and ensure user insights drive impactful decision-making
About The Role
What will you be doing?
- Lead and deliver user research activities for digital change projects, to meet Central Digital and Data Office (CDDO) digital standards.
Ensuring delivery considers user needs and user accessibility needs. - Contribute towards the continual improvement of the User Research function
- Mentor less experienced staff and to provide guidance and help in their development as User Researchers

Role location: Hybrid working (on average 2 days working out of our Mansfield office)
