Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer (Hotel) - Central London - Temp - Starting Immediately - Up to £18 per hour

CBW is currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to be based in London working with one of our key clients.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a hotel and can work as an Multi Skilled Engineer.   

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• Painting & Decorating 
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
• Plastering
• Fixing Furniture
• Hanging Pictures & Shelves

• 08:00am - 17:00pm - Monday - Friday (May include weekends) 
• Shift 4 on 4 off - Day shift or Earlys & Lates 
• Temporary with potential to go permanent 

• Previous experience working in Hotels
• Previous experience as an Electrical & Mechanical Engineer, Painting & Decorating & Plumbing
