*To be considered for this position you must hold a BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/Applied Behaviour Analysis/Psychology/Nursing/Occupational Therapy

As the PBS Practitioner your key responsibilities include:



  • Work closely with the people we support, colleague teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver Positive Behaviour Support for individuals and services

  • To work in an environment where you can have a positive impact on improving both the long term and the everyday lives of the people we support

  • Deliver support that enables individuals to develop and improve their quality of life outcomes



The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:



  • Be willing and able to work towards instructor level in PROACT SCIPr-UK

  • Experience with people with learning disabilities and/or ASC and Challenging Behaviour

  • Conducting assessment and developing, implementing and evaluating interventions for individuals presenting with Challenging Behaviours

  • A history of development and delivery of Positive Behaviour Support training



The successful PBS Practitioner will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
