CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with expertise in Air Conditioning and Electrical maintenance to join our facilities management client's growing team.

Operating across the West Midlands, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning units and electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties.

Package:

• Competitive salary between £40,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Van & fuel card supplied
• Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
• Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (to be confirmed)

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and electrical systems
• Service and repair air conditioning units (split, VRV/VRF, and more)
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and components (including control panels, wiring, and lighting)
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and internal policies
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
• Complete job reports, paperwork, and ensure accurate records are maintained
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment effectively on-site

• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualified (or equivalent)
• F-Gas certification is essential
• Proven experience in both air conditioning systems and electrical work
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
