Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Office – Cannon Street, London – Up to £42,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Cannon Street, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial office building near Cannon Street, London.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site (Team of 6 engineers)

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

• Mechanically qualified level 2 (C&G, NVQ etc)
• Experience working in a large commercial building
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer skills
