Chiller Engineer - Up to £47,000 - Commercial Site  - Monday to Friday - Static - Hammersmith 

 

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Chiller Engineer to be based on a static site in Hammersmith to carry out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance across a commercial building.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of servicing, repairing, and installing chiller systems. 

 

This position would be ideal for a Chiller Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £47,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

 

Hours of work & Package


 

  • Salary up to £47,000
  • Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of chiller systems and associated equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and implement effective repairs.
  • Carry out system installations, upgrades, and modifications as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors to achieve operational goals.
  • Respond to emergency callouts and provide out-of-hours support when necessary.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chiller Engineer or similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in refrigeration and air conditioning.
  • Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
