Maintenance Electrician - Aberdeen

Static Maintenance Electrician - Facilities Company - Aberdeen - Up to £42,000 plus excellent benefits 

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a static maintenance electrician to join a leading facilities company on a permanent basis.

This is working on a large static site in Aberdeen and requires the candidate to have pervious commercial maintenance experience.

This company looks after their engineers and career progression is at the forefront of the business.

The ideal candidate will be situated in Aberdeen and hold their 18th ed qualification. 

Hours:

Shift Pattern : 4 on 4 off (12 hours) 

8pm-8am (night shift) 

8am - 8pm (day shift)

Key responsibilities: 

Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs. 

You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
Providing a high level of customer service
Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control panels 
PAT testing
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (Training provided) 
Maintain and update log books

Person specification:

Level 3 and  17th or 18th Edition qualified
Must be experienced in building services engineering
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work on own initiative
