Administrator/Service Desk Coordinator - FM Service Provider - Essex - Up to £30k per annum depending on experience

Exciting opportunity for an Administrator to work for an established Facilities company on a unique site based in Essex.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within Facilities Management and can start immediately.

 

Hours/details:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am to 17:00pm 
  • Contract type - Perm
  • Immediate start
Important – Must have previous experience working in the role above and be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Planning PPM’s
  • Tracking further works
  • Supporting both admin and management in areas required
  • Raising permits
  • May need to deal with a small number of clients
  • Be able to speak and deal with engineers admin issues
  • Scheduling engineers 
  • Communication via various customer platforms 
Requirements:
  • Facility in Math
  • Facility in English
  • Word – Intermediate
  • Excel – Intermediate (inclusive of Formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables)
  • PowerPoint – Intermediate (inclusive of creating presentations, presenting)
  • Outlook – Intermediate (inclusive of own task diary management, scheduling)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Purchasing and Finance Experience
  • Excel – intermediate
  • 2/3 years experience in relevant fields
