Job Title: Credit Controller
Reporting To: Group Credit Manager
Location: Wilmslow/working from home
Salary £25,000 + bonus
Hours of Work: 37.5
12-months fixed-term contract

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join our Credit Control team managing one of the Citation Group Company ledgers.

Key duties will include:
, Proactively managing & collecting debts from company debtors via telephone & email
, Ensuring timely payment of invoices
, Resolving customer queries with assistance from other departments
, Reconciling customer accounts
, Cash allocation
, Preparing & issuing customer statements detailing outstanding amount
, Weekly reporting/updates

The Person
, Knowledge and experience of credit control processes, procedures and reporting
, Transactional finance knowledge and understanding
, Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
, Professional attitude and persona
, Positive outlook
, Strong work ethic
, Able to prioritise workload
, Ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels
, Generate and maintain solid working relationships with customers and colleagues
