Monday to Thursday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm.

Fri 8.00 am - 3.30 pm

This is a fantastic engineering apprenticeship opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work within a dynamic engineering company based in Long Eaton.

As a machinist, you will be setting/programming machinery/equipment, meeting standards of quality/quality procedures and achieving throughout/scheduling requirements

Requirements and prospects Desired skills
, Good Numeracy, Literacy & IT skills
, Good communication skills (written and verbal)
, An interest in engineering!
, Maths/Science or engineering A level/T Level/BTEC or equivalent

Desired Qualifications
, Minimum of A Levels in Maths/ Physics/ Engineering (or equivalent)
, Minimum of 2 x GCSE's Grade 6 in Maths, English and Science (or equivalent()
, Level 2 Engineering qualification advantageous but not essential

Future prospects
On completion of apprenticeship, further education training will be considered

Must be able to travel to Long Eaton site on a daily basis and to the training facility at Pride Park in Derby
