Job Title: Crane/Lifting Equipment Engineer

Location: Aberdeen

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000

Are you a skilled and experienced Crane/Lifting Equipment Engineer seeking an exciting opportunity in Aberdeen? My client is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our lifting equipment.

Responsibilities:
Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various types of cranes and lifting equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with lifting equipment.
Performing load testing and certification of lifting equipment in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborating with other team members to schedule and execute maintenance plans.
Providing technical support and guidance to clients regarding lifting equipment usage and safety.
Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment condition.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Crane/Lifting Equipment Engineer.
Strong knowledge of crane systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform effective repairs on various types of lifting equipment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
