An excellent opportunity has arisen within the West Midlands area for an experienced Compactor & Baler Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Compactor and Baler Engineer to join our service team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of compactors and balers across various client sites.

This role requires a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair compactors and balers at client locations
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Replace and repair faulty components to restore equipment functionality
- Provide on-site technical support and advice to clients
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and parts used
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
