Air Conditioning Engineer

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - London M25 - £55,000 + Door to Door Travel

Exciting role to join a growing maintenance provider that is mobilising a new banking contract and is looking to expand its operation and bring in 1 specialised air conditioning engineer to supply this service to a portfolio of clients in Central London.

You will be joining a new mobile maintenance team and covering London commercial banking sites.

Occasional cover in other areas may be required.

You will be responsible for all commercial gas maintenance working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning maintenance as well as general building services in the Central London area.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 08:00 am -17:00 pm.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
• NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
• On-Call Rota.
• Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
• Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
• Full Drivers License
• Enhanced DBS check

• Basic Salary of up to £55,000
