Job Title: Parts Advisor

Location: Taunton, UK

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

My client are a leading car dealership based in Taunton.

They are seeking a Parts Advisor to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries and orders.
Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure inventory accuracy.
Process orders, returns, and warranties efficiently.
Provide expert advice on parts compatibility and availability.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Support the sales team with parts-related information and availability.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
