Salary & OTE: £50,000 per annum + OTE £80,000 (uncapped)
Location: Poole
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

They are seeking an experienced to Sales Manager for the site in Poole.

Compensation Package:
45-hour work week
Monday to Saturday (with a set day off in the week)
Quarterly bonus
Generous commission structure

Main Duties:
Develop and agree on sales plans and budgets
Ensure optimal vehicle stock levels
Monitor sales performance against goals and targets
Maximize sales and efficiency through customer satisfaction and retention
Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about products, promotions, and marketing activities
Conduct and prepare thoroughly for daily sales meetings
Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines

Candidate Requirements:
Experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within a large site
Industry background and knowledge
Proven track record of achieving targets and growth
Exceptional organizational skills
Passion for people and team leadership
Proficient computer skills
Full UK driving licence
