Job Description:
My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at our reputable car dealership in Sheffield.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the parts department, ensuring efficient operations and inventory management.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure the timely availability of parts.
Manage and develop supplier relationships to ensure the best pricing and quality.
Train, supervise, and motivate parts department staff.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Monitor and achieve sales targets and profit margins.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using inventory management software.
A valid driver's license.
