Sirona Medical are recruiting a Mental Health Social Worker.

Job Role: The team works with adults aged 18-75 with a enduring mental health diagnoses to meet their social care needs, and is separate from the clinical community mental health team.

You will need to be a team player and have experience of the following:
Complex Care Act assessments and reviews
Mental Capacity assessments
Carers assessments
Safeguarding/s42 enquiries
Mental Health tribunal social circumstance reports
Strength based practice
Working on Duty

The role will be hybrid combination of WFH and being based in the office for duty and the mandatory team days, which is at Twickenham Civic Centre, a 20 minutes train ride from Clapham Junction.

Sirona Medical will be supplying the Social Worker on an agency contract. 

This is a full time agency position. 

As a Social Worker, you must have a degree in Social Work,minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience, experience of holding a case load and working with complex cases, Social Work England Registation.
